QA Sandbox Inn

Privacy policy

This inn is the controller of guest information collected here. Doorman Norman processes that information for the inn.

DRAFT — pending legal review. Last updated October 9, 2026. Replace this text with the inn's own notice. The inn is the controller. Doorman Norman is the processor.

Who decides

This inn decides why guest information is collected on this booking site. Doorman Norman provides the booking software and processes that information for the inn. Questions about your stay should come to the inn, using the phone or email in the footer.

What we collect

• The name, email, and phone you enter to book.
• Stay dates, party notes, and any dietary note you choose to give.
• A card payment handled by Stripe. The inn's software does not store the card number.
• Optional consent to email you offers. The box is unticked. Leaving it unticked does not affect the booking.
• Cookies described by Doorman Norman's cookie notice. Strictly necessary cookies run the booking. Analytics cookies, if any are turned on, wait for your choice.

Why

We use this information to take and host the booking, to send messages about that stay, to keep accounting records, and to email offers only when you ask. Transactional messages about the stay are not marketing and are not stopped if you unsubscribe from offers.

How long

We keep guest details for the period set in our account, and we keep financial records longer where the law requires it. You can ask us to export or anonymize your details. Anonymizing clears your name and contact and does not delete payments.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, export, or delete your information, and you may opt out of marketing email. Where the CCPA applies, we do not sell your personal information. Contact the inn to make a request. You may also contact Doorman Norman at privacy@doormannorman.com if you cannot reach the inn.

Marketing address

Marketing email, if we send it later, will include our mailing address. That address is stored in the inn's settings. We do not send marketing campaigns from this software yet.
